The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Pay the extra and save yourself a world of pain and misery.
This organisation should be shut down!
My daughter booked a room with three weeks notice. The next morning tried to cancel. They fluffed around, so many frustrating calls, promise of assistance and none given. Appalling service.
