Traveloka screwed up our scheduled transportation today from Nha Trang to the airport. No car or driver showed up as expected at 1:00 PM so we had to make last minute panic change to GRAB which worked out good.
As a result I have also cancelled our future Booking for May 26. Can’t afford another mistake on their part.
