I recently booked a hotel in kk with a sea view room 2 weeks before the actual day.
On the day when I checked in, i was given a city view.
My email did mention i booked is the sea view but the hotel booking system only mention city view. Complaint to the hotel receptionists and they said the booking error is from “ Traveloka “ and they can’t do anything about it.
I’m very disappointed that i paid for the sea view prices and only to get city view room in which the price difference from sea view to city view is $126rm for 2 nights
