Traveloka is a scam. The worst platform ever use. They took 3 hours to response a flight re-schedule, and by the time i made payment they took another 3 hours to response during the mid night. By the time, the price has gone up and they request for more additional charges. Stranded in overseas, i had to booked another flight, lost of another ticket worth plus a business opportunity thanks to traveloka!
Beware of their fake advertisement saying "easy re-schedule".
I will never use them ever again and they should shut down the company.
