Hi,
The traveloka website was easy to use, but didn't reflect citilink airline policy. I paid extra luggage for my surfboards, only to be told at the citilink counter I should pay a sports equipment fee. Traveloka don't state this on their website and tell me they can't refund the extra luggage fee I paid but could not use. Their responses were short, dismissive and reflect poor business etiquette. Never again will I book through them.
