Terrible,
Make sure you check your carryon luggage is included in ticket!
Booked and tried to add carry on luggage a whole day before flight. Told need 72 hours to make any change to ticket by Traveloka. Have to purchase luggage carry on now at the airport.
Nowhere on the ticket states a time frame. Their website also useless, no ticket shows up although purchased.
Then had to I call them. Staff polite but useless on phone. Not their fault. Would not use again.
