I requested to cancel a booking but they did not grant the request. Reason is i double booked because I received the confirmation very late, 29minutes to be exact. Usually it takes just a few minutes to get an email that the booking is in process, but there was nothing. I thought the booking did not go through so I booked another flight on a different airline. Customer service did not grant my request to cancel the booking and give refund.
