Thanks to the CS and Ops teams for helping solve this issue. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to reschedule flights. If you book two flights within one itinerary and the change period for the first flight has elapsed, you cannot reschedule the other flight, which is not very logical. The customer service response time could also be quicker. I hope Traveloka can improve in these areas, as it has good products and price offerings.
