Having booked and paid online. The Web pages instantly went to the homepage. I made an account with the same name and email with no bookings there. I tried the same within the app again with the same details with no change.
On contacting customer services and explained to them I was told to make another account ....why it's still the same number and email address.
Overall I rate traveloka a zero.
I will never book through this company again as if thats how they operate God knows if you have problems at the airport.
