I got a recommendation to use Traveloma from my sister, overall my experience using this travel app has been positive. I really like the way Traveloka's customer service is so quick to respond and willing to take their time to give me explanation about my flight. They also give me discount 30% because I used this platform for the first time. But, they only accept with credit card, which I dont have. But, I still appreciate that gesture from Traveloka.
