I recently started using Traveloka on my husband's recommendation, and I am here to tell you that Traveloka has been very good lately. Like the time when I flew from Madrid, Spain to Bangkok, Thailand. They really listen to customer's problem and really work fast and efficiently to keep up the good work whether it is in the app or in the service. Both areas have certainly improved. I haven't had any problems using this app and I would recommend Traveloka to anyone who loves to travel especially in South East Asian countries, such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.
