The refund and reschedule process at Traveloka is very convoluted and not user-friendly. Why make users go through so many steps just to get their money back or change their schedule? It feels like unnecessary bureaucracy and a huge drain on time and energy. As a big app, Traveloka should be able to offer a more efficient and user-friendly process.
