Traveloka often promotes big discounts and attractive promotions, but unfortunately, many of these promotions cannot be used due to hidden and very confusing terms and conditions. This makes for a very poor user experience. Please be more transparent in providing information about promo terms and conditions, and ensure that promotions are actually usable without compromising user experience.
