I finally had a chance to review this company that I've been used in the last 2 flights and hotels. Overall, the process was good, there was no delay or customer service problem in me. But, one thing that makes me wonder was why the notifications in the app so spamming? I had to turn the notification off because of the spam or promos notification. Please keep our privacy transparent.
