I was disappointed with Traveloka's refund service. After canceling the ticket, I had to wait for days without any clarity on when the funds would be returned. Even after contacting customer service, the answers given were very general and did not provide concrete solutions. Traveloka must be more transparent and quick in handling the refund process so that users do not feel disadvantaged. I give a 5 rating here so that you can hear my complaint.
