I've used Traveloka a couple of times, and overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the experience. The app offers a broad selection of flights and accommodations, which makes planning trips quite convenient. I also like that it often has good deals and discounts. However, I did encounter some issues with my booking, and customer support took a bit longer to respond than I would have liked. Despite the wait, they did resolve my issue, so I appreciate their efforts. I’ll keep using Traveloka but hope for a faster response in the future.
