Traveloka made a mistake on their listing, but it took too long to check (more than 72 hours despite me constantly prompting for updates)
Finally, the update was given after the cancellation timeline, and they admitted that there was indeed ambiguity in the listing, yet refused to refund. It is the worst travel booking agency ever. Please avoid at all costs. Lousy customer service.
