I mistakenly booked a ticket and contacted Traveloka immediately while the status was still pending. They assured me they would help after the ticket was issued, either by changing the route or offering a voucher.
Once the ticket was issued, they refused to assist and told me to contact the airline instead. Their contradictory promises and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I won’t be using Traveloka again.
