How can I prove that now? Their system error is not my fault, yet I’m being forced to bear the consequences. They refuse to change my flight to the correct date or offer a full refund. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Everyone booking flights should remember to screenshot everything to avoid falling into the same trap.
