Hello, can someone please explain why I was charged twice for rescheduling my hotel stay on Traveloka?
I followed the process, and your platform confirmed that rescheduling is allowed if the hotel permits it which they did. But instead of adjusting my original booking, you charged me for a whole extra night and now refuse to refund the duplicate charge.
I’ve been waiting for a resolution for days and all I get are vague replies. This is incredibly unfair and feels like I’m being penalized for something that should have been simple.
Please return my money. This isn’t just poor customer service it’s unethical.
