Very unresponsive and unhelpful. I ordered a harness for my dog, she died before it was even shipped and I tried to cancel it. No help at all, it arrived today and now i am being charged £11.99 to send it back plus the cost of the original carriage.
i run a mail order business myself, I could have got it turned around with my carriers because I care about my customers.
Difference is you don't.
Not only have i the grief of losing my beautiful dog but i have the hassle of dealing with you.
