Ordered a few things on 02 August 2023 for my trip on 10 September 2023.
Pay for the order at full price and get confirmation that the estimated delivery date: 15 Aug - 21 Aug.
On 29 August learned that they didn't even ship the order. Star
No notifications for delays, no information about rescheduling of delivery - nothing. Support close conversations without answering my questions.
Asked to change delivery company for DHL - they refuse to do that.
My trip is ruined and I'm disappointed.
