Save yourself money and nerves and stay away from this company! I've had a bad experience as many others in these reviews. I ended up paying 20% more and waiting for the shipping twice longer. 1) Indicated shipping time was 2 weeks, but in the end it was 4 weeks. 2) If you are outside of EU (e.g. Switzerland), they will not remove the VAT so carefully check the final price you are paying. They DO NOT REMOVE VAT. In screenshots below you can see a 132EUR backpack. When country changed to Switzerland the price is 124 CHF (129EUR). The customer service just claims - we do not add any taxes (which for shipping in EU is not correct) and for non-EU they write below the price "excl. Taxes" (which is also not correct because prices in EUR and CHF are the same).
