Worst company ever. Ordered a North Face coat for my husband, it took a while to get here and then the size would have fit the whole family inside. I then had to pay £10.99 to get a return note before I could return, which I did. Royal mail tracking says they received my parcel on the 21st April and I still have to refund. Did an on line chat with them and was told it takes a while to process. We are now 1 month after receiving goods and still noting.
