WORSE company EVER. Tradeinn canceled my transaction without my authorization and they did not send me any notification by e-mail saying they have decided to proceed like they did. Two days before they canceled my purchase, I received an e-mail from their "customer service" saying there was an important delay with the shipping and they asked me if I was okay with that. I answered their e-mail by ASKING IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO CANCEL my transaction and they REPLIED IT WASN’T (apparently because the package had already been shipped). And now, when I log into my account, I can see that they canceled it anyway. This is a crooked way to get money out of customers’ pockets and make them go through a nightmare for being fully reimbursed. I am glad I paid via PayPal. I know PayPal will be able to help me with the reimbursement since I doubt Tradeinn will actively do something about that.
