Me and my partner both ordered a north face jacket. Based on the size guide my partner selected the large and it was far too big! Do not follow the size guide! My jacket is supposed to have adjustable toggles around the bottom but they have been stitched in. I have tried to submit a free return but I just get an error message. When I emailed them they ignored the question about the fault with my jacket. Now I am expected to pay £14 to return the items. The zips are also on the opposite to usual which is weird. Think they might be fake to be honest.
