Due to the demise of one of my family member, I need to cancel the trip. Checked with airline using the booking number, they said they can refund me the airport tax. But as I booked the tickets from Trip.com, I should liaise with Trip.com.
But when, I liaised with Trip.com, keep getting replied everything is non refundable
