Avoid Trip.com at all costs
I entered in my information, clicked previous passenger details like I have for many other flights and then reviewed my information and pressed submit. Upon looking at my ticket I realized the spelled my last name wrong, I figured because it was within 24 hours that things would be okay and if I had to cancel my ticket I should be refunded completely as both airlines said on their pages that full refunds would be issued within the first 24 hours.
I initially requested a name change, I had to pay for them to deny the request and then they told me I would only receive $350 back of my $790 ticket. I have wasted an entire day going back and forth with customer service to be let down with their service.
