Trip.com is nothing but a lying cheating scamming company. They insisted that I purchase checked baggage after purchasing 2 flights in Europe . Not only did they keep my $200 euros for themselves instead of giving the money to the airlines … but the airlines offered me FREE checked baggage . There was no charge ????
Of course since Trip.com had scammed me out of this money they offered no refunds to me ???
Avoid this fly by nite cheating fraudulent company like the plague .
Please pass this along and warn others about them
