I'm having the worst experience ever with a trip. They refuse to change the flight even tho it is for a medical emergency, and I have already contacted KLM and they said that they only need the agency to request the change on my behalf, and they will provide a voucher.... but Trip.com refuses to do it.
If I try to change the flights, they charge me the same price as new tickets.. when at KLM the cost is 200 dollars to change them.
