Bought a flight with connection and it warned me that it had a short amount of time to transfer. Only after booking was I told that although the flight was operated as a collbaoration between 2 airlines, I would have to claim the baggage and check them in again for which there was not enough time.
I contacted trip.com to help me change or refund the ticket and they refused and informed me that it was my fault and that this was communicated during the booking. I provided the evidence that it was not the case to which they just told me Im wrong. They then proceeded to call me a 2:30 am just to tell me the same again.
Their service is gof awful, don’t use if you can avoid
