I have been booked my flight ticket from london Stansted to ERBIl IRAQ on 15/6/24 with trip.com and i payed for my luggage 20k but when i arrived the airport and I went to cawenter of Pegasus airlines. They told me that I have to pay for my luggage again because they said doesn't show on sestim, so I payed twice for my luggage
, i am asking could you refund my second payment, because its not nice and unfair to do this with your costumer. ?
