Paid for exit row seats on long haul and internal flights. Both flights didn't get the exit row for me and 2 companions. Airline not able to help due to full flights. Online support gives me no option to request refund or to get proper assistance. For time and last time ever using trip.com. disgusted by being ripped off. And I'm sure it happens to so many people. I work in IT and used their website and app and still got screwed over. No hope for anyone.
