Booked a flight with their flexibility option. Went to cancel less than 24 hours after booking and said we'd receive £369 of £407. After cancelling it said we'd receive £233. We then decided it'd be easier to just change the dates of the flight when and if we need and were told we couldn't 'un-cancel' even though the cancellation hadn't been processed. The flexibility option is misleading and trip are a joke of a company. 100% avoid. Ruined a very important part of our honeymoon.
