I am only putting 1 star as there is no option for zero. I booked tickets for December and when they came they were for September, because I booked for known dates I did not book flexibnle options and was charged full price to change them back to December. Do not ever use this website - it is a complete rip off. No one in customer service was remotely interested in resolving this for me. Book direct with airline
