We booked our flights to China and Vietnam through Trip.com. Unfortunately I had a heart attack in Shanghai and our holiday was cancelled and flight dates changed. We did not have any cancellation or change options with our flights. I found Trip.com fantastic, real people to talk to and did everything they could to get a refund from the airlines. Trip.com were able to get half our money back. Great service very much appreciated during a time of need.
