Requested cancelation during a state of emergency because my vehicle was totaled by a hurricane and I was unable to make it. Request was 3 days prior to check in, and was rejected even with proof of claim and total loss letter. Shame on this company for taking advantage of hurricane victims and making a bad situation worse.
