The ordering process was easy. The stock images they offer for sports is quite limited but you are able to use art from other sources to customize your product. The delivery for a custom product was MUCH faster than I anticipated. From signing on to the website to the delivery of my product was only about a week total. I was ordering a product for a Christmas present and expected the wait to be much longer.
