I had originally ordered a draft board for 14/16 teams, but it was shortly out of stock after my order was already placed. To make up for it, TrophySmack sent two 12-team draft boards and threw a championship ring on top of the original order. The product itself is great, but the customer service is even more exceptional, and I appreciate that they took it upon themselves to make it right. They took responsibility for the mistake and gave me more than I had purchased in return; I will definitely be ordering again for any fantasy draft-related needs!
