Craftsmenship could be alittle better, you dont get the same quality as going to an in person trophy or engraving place, but overall, the price, product, and speed of getting them done is fantastic. If you want perfect quality, go to an actual in person trophy and engraving place in your town. The product will be more refined. Of course you will be paying 2x more and it will take 5x longer to get the product from an actual in town trophy/engraving shop. This is perfect if you are looking for getting a good trophy built in a short amount of time. Price A+, Speed A+, Product quality B+. Only knocks on trophy build are the base feels lite and not hard wood, engraving plates are thin and not screwed (only sticky tape), and the topper appears to have gems and paint misalignments (only visable if you look close). Pillars felt really stable and over all really stable build quality. Should last my league many years. Meets all my expectations and would buy again from Trophy Smack.
