I bought and paid for 4 Michelin cross climate 2 tyres , booked it to be fit 1/12/21 10am at national tyres , booked time off work to have them fit , only to receive an text & email saying they have an issue with stock and offered me alternatives with additional costs ,No Brand etc just a product number . To then be told that if I took the replacements and paid the additional ££ that I possibly may have to rearrange another day to have them fit . So I asked for a refund to which they said fine & money would be sent back to my account in 3-5 working days , Kyle in the chat was very abrupt & not very helpful and all & his customer service is diabolical , when I said about the money taking 3-5 days , he sarcastically stated that’s how the banking system works , told him that maybe they should only take the money once they know they have the stock , I will never recommend this company and I will dissuade anyone who asked about them & tell them to avoid
