I ordered my food and the driver according to the map was going the wrong way so I called her no answer so i began chatting the only response was what it the name of your appts and I told her now there are at least 3 different appts with different leasing offices as well after giving her directions via chat she told that the food was at the leasing office by the gym I called customer support but they wouldn’t pull the chat stating after 8 mins that’s on me as the customer and I asked to speak with a supervisor but only was told someone will call me later and so I went on the chat with the rep from the company and was told the same thing and the rep disconnected the chat smh so I have lost 60.00 and no food for my family with two diabetes in the house hold and the reason that I was using them was because we was in a car accident yesterday!!!!
