ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! AN HR AND A HALF AND THE DRIVER NEVER DELIVERED
.. Messaged to complain and obviously wanted it cancelled and resent BC I'm not eating 100$ meal after been sitting in a car for almost 2hrs.. so Uber told me to cancel, than said THEY'RE STILL CHARGING ME THE$ .. absolutely disgusting customer service.. still refusing to refund me or send a driver to redeliver the food, even though the restaurant was willing to send it again. WORST COMPANY EVER
