We placed an order this evening and our food was not only not delivered to our door, but it never made it to our building. This isn't the first time either. A refund for the food was issued - thanks for the least amount of effort - but the tip we gave the driver in anticipation of the now non-existent delivery was given to us as a credit. So the driver was tipped for not doing his job. I'll let the restaurant know that their food was not delivered. Maybe they'll switch to a more dependable company.
