They are SO BAD. Criminal. Fraudulent. I would report them EVERYWHERE. Also, your bank knows they are fraudulent and will remove the charge. At least my bank does. I didn’t get my order and still paid for it. Customer service is sooo bad. Like, humiliatingly bad. They will keep stalling, ask you to explain over and over, tell you that you will hear back in 6-12 hours. You won’t. They will say you need to keep waiting and then tell you too much time has passed for a refund. It’s honestly just easier to go to the bank and report them for fraudulent charges.
