Uber Eats sucks. No reliable service. I was charged for the service not delivered. The 27 box food I ordered from African Tasty Hub was not delivered. Uber charged me 34 box for service not refunded and when I complained, they refunded 24 box. Does that mean I paid 10 box for clicking their app? 😕
I won't advise anyone to use an unreliable platform. The delivery is not guaranteed.
