I see why it has an average of one star now. I have been using Uber for years. Last week the app didn't update my location & I accidentally ordered food from the US instead of Canada. I immediately canceled but apparently even a minute is too late as their support stated that vendor excepted the order & i had to pay a whopping $25 for thier apps mishap.
I have deleted the app & will use Lyft & Dordash from now on.
