I received a wrong order. However, since one item on the order was initially right, I only claimed a partial refund - which I received. However, once I started to eat the only right item , I realized that it was inedible and tasted and smelled like ashtray. So I tried to contact Uber Food and asked for a full refund. Guess what. There is obviously no way to contactUber by phone (guess they know why). When contacting via their website I only get an automated answe claiming I received already a refund. Guess I learned my lesson.
Don't ignore all the negative Uber Food reviews. Uber Food customer service does simply NOT exist.
Hope you can save your $$.
