Not sure if any results will come from my experience but be aware. I ordered a $33 meal and noticed that after an hour status was still showing as meal being prepared. I called the restaurant and was told meal had been ready for over 40 minutes but a driver had not been assigned. I asked for advice on what to do and was told to cancel and reorder. I did but to my disappointment I was charged the amount of the food. I tried several times to call Uber but they no longer have a via phone call center. I tried the chat app and was told I did not qualify for a refund because I had cancelled the order, which I did per merchants recommendation. I intend to pursue this but I will no longer use them. Twice the driver did not match picture and once the Uber transaction was canceled by driver three minutes prior to delivery. I suspect the phone customer service line was disabled by Uber due to the amount of complaints. I encourage folks to report all issues to the BBB. I have never had an issue with the ride request. Only with Uber eats.
