The worst of all the delivery services. Don’t bother with this service. The last 2 times in a row when I have had a group of people over my order hasnt shown up. This most recent time we paid the extra for priority order and it went 30 minutes beyond the “latest” time before the order was cancelled by them. We called the restaurant and they said it was picked up an hour ago, we called the driver and he claimed the restaurant told him to come back in 30 minutes (after the latest delivery time listed), when he finally went back the food wasn’t there surprise surprise, so we waited for 1.5 hours to end up with a cancelled order and when I contacted support they read it and just closed the ticket without even apologizing or doing anything. Worst customer service ever.
